Ok so this was an epic mistake. I thought today was rehearsal but NOH, IT IS X'MAS PARTY DAY!

Sure that led me to lots of nerves no wonder I got nervous. But overall the presentation went fairly good.. *gulp*

With some oh shit squeaks because the cute little reed on my mouthpiece wasn't wet as we left our instruments on our stands for at least an hour before the presentation. But other than this, everything went on fine, Hallelujah!

Had a fun X'MAS PARTY at St. Katherine Anglican Church. Looking forward to the second official X'MAS PARTY on 25th of Dec.

Christmas Party Rehearsal and Dragblog Update.

Ok so I have to admit that I haven't been blogging lately. Sorry to my readers, if I happen to have any. (Oh my goodness)

Ok so my blog is not about how terrific life is but yes it's plainly about me so some of you may think that I'm so what do you say that again, "self-centered". At least some people do think like that. As I know. And as far as you guys are concerned about my weight gaining plan had totally failed. Phail! In fact I think I lost a few pounds. Jesus Christ.

Stopped working at my father's office as it's lame sh*t place.

Yes just ignore my last post as It was only a minor credit card payment mistake. I don't know the banks have such low productivity... I placed a second order after a week and in just 10 days, I got my baby. Yes, the almighty Lebayle metal studio mouthpiece that I sought after for almost a year.

It's Friday tomorrow and a Christmas Party rehearsal will be held, so me and my church friends and the musicians there will go for a no-payment gig. (Well, sorta unofficial feel right here) But I will be playing two songs definitely not-my-style-of-song songs.

It'll be O'Holy Night and "A gift" two slow phased song and I myself kinda "Hate" slow songs like these. But oh well I'm not the band director D:

P.S: You don't even know if I'm even qualified for this D:......

PP.S: CHE,PHY sucked. BIO was okay. If you wanna know I attended tuition for Form4 stuff since last week.

Fluttybayle weeky.

Alright it's been a while since my last update I know.

Thanks to the magnificent after PMR holidays that I need to work every day at my father's office doing... nothing?

Thing is, I recently placed an online order for a Lebayle Metal Studio Alto saxophone mouthpiece #7 tip opening (0.08) and the result was fairly disappointing. They actually didn't receive my payment of apprx RM800? No way!

I'll get the receipt later.. Meanwhile...

Going to a one day trip next week and I'm NOT fond of it. Don't ask me why I hate going to ONE day trips. They suck. You get all tired and you still need to be in the car for hours with no rest and deducting the time in the vehicle, you'll have like 1minute left.

And what. HMM.

Yeah! I got a new Western Concert Flute by the model of Armstrong 108 and am learning it diligently but thanks to the office hours...

Also attended a new evening Anglican church and the band/ jamming hours were fun.
It'll be better with my Lebayle but I just need to keep waiting...

Breed: Jack Russel Terrier + unknown dog o.0 Age: 47days, Birthday: 6.45p.m, 10/8/2010. Fur colour: 80% White, 20% Brown. And HE's still whining in my porch :)

This shot was taken on the journey back home from Sg Long, the pet breeder's home.

We were in a state of shock when we heard that the heroic dog breeder got his Mix-bred terrier conceived by having a stray dog entering her house through a broken fence! But even if it's a stray dog + terrier breed, it's still a cute and nice dog to have as a pet.

Before getting Boston, we went to petsmore pet shop first and got a strap and a collar (with a bell attached) for him :) Oh yeah, and dog food! It rounded up to a grand total of RM120+

Next we got a cardboard box from the petshop owner too and started our journey to the pet breeder's home. We talked a while and gave the breeder an "angpau" in return for giving us her dog (which were altogether 4 initially, but when we went there there was only 2 left) and my mother's friend took one along too. So there lays the mother dog, all alone, all her sons and daughters lost, thanks to dog lovers like us ^^

The collar we bought previously was too loose T-T... It's too late when we first notice this..

Back at home. It was like 7.45pm already. We fed him some dog food and rice, with the DEWORM pill. But the cunning dog just ate the food and not the pill. One pill worth of RM5 wasted.

And eventually it stopped whining just right the time I finish writing this post!

Weight Gaining October! 十月增肥计划!

Rights, from today onwards, I will have a new goal (or) aim every 2 or 3 months. This means that I can achieve more and more things in my life. The list will probably grow longer and longer... Eventually.. (Play basketball for 30hours in 2months.. Eat 4litres of Ice-cream in 2months.. Skip school for 14days in 2months.. and on and on and on...)

Now back to the main idea. For this month, it'll be weight gaining craze! Yeah as everybody (at least those who met me before) know that I'm way too thin, cause of my lack of balance diet, lack of healthy minerals, lack of calorie intake, high-metabolism body, activeness, lack of exercising... (please.. stop T-T)

The main idea is.. Ima try to gain 1KG in the month OCTOBER starting from 15th Sept. That will be like approximately 1 1/2 months.

The past two days were like freak'o! (You know for sure for the first couple days.. excitement >.<) Breakfast: 1x Granola bars (100calories each) 1x Banana (40calories each) 1x serving of cerial (100calories) + 1x serving of milk (200calories) total: 440calories

Lunch: 1x Meal apprx 600calories.

Tea-time: 1x Kit-kat Chunky chocolate (THIS IS HOLY) 239calories 1x Serving of milk (100calories)

Snack-time: 1x ball-choco (60calories)

Dinner: 1x Chee Cheong Fun apprx 500calories

Supper: 1x Serving of Milo apprx 200calories

With a grand total of 2000 +/- calorie intake. While supposedly I need to have an intake of 2500 (according to proper calculation on the net "BMI").. So let's say I failed for the first few days..

I may need to add 2 more kit-kats to my empty meal-slot ^^

Exams are coming so so so so soon! Whee~ Your brain still blank? Prepare to die loh.

Nah just joking...

Not to be lame but PMR is coming! Haha, know you are doing your preparations, or if you haven't start preparing (like me) you better do so now! (like me)

I have some personal tips for everyone, even-though my results aren't that fabulous, but they are my lifespan crystallized collection. Here it goes:

1. Before you study, have the heart to study (like me). If you don't, most probably you won't get anything from your revision.

2. Know your limits and expect the expectables (like me). If you're getting D,D,D,D,Cs in your normal examinations, it'll be hard (not saying that it's impossible) for your to strike a B or A in the coming examinations. And always expect the worst than the best.

3. Don't drag work (like me). You will end up doing it at the eleventh hour.

4. Stick to one subject a day (like me). You mix, you blur.

5. Do not ever "revise" language subjects! It's pointless. Exceptions are: Memorizing novels, themes, common-used proverbs (成语) and some beautiful sentences that will aid you in your essay part. Doing exercises last minute will do CRAP.

6. If you're bad at math (like me), I have 2 suggestions. One, people often say that you can't "study" math well but I think you actually can. "Study" math (not memorizing!) only if you don't know the basics. Two, now you know the basics, do exercises. I suggest doing exercises year-by-year on those past year papers workbooks. Example: I did 2000's question 10, and I now flip to 2001's question 10. And so on..

7. If you're bad at Science (like me), the only thing to do is to have interest and read. Normally for science, reading is better than exercises, given that you're doing this at the eleventh hour. Just listen attentively in class and I bet nothing will go wrong.

8. If you're bad at History and Geography (like me), pick important stuff and read. I bet your teacher has given you the important parts and the not-so-important parts to accommodate with your coming-up exams. Try to KNOW it and not MEMORIZING it. It helps ALOT!

9. If you're bad at Kemahiran Hidup (like me), do past year questions and force yourself to KNOW (once again, not memorizing) the answer for the questions. As the syllabus for this subject is very, very limited.

10. Don't stress yourselves too much (now that's not like me).

11. Have fun during the procedure! Hahahaha, you don't have a need to unplug the wires of your computer or your modem for all these ;) if you know how the way not to.

New Sax Mouthpiece, Arrived!- Jodyjazz Classic Alto

Now I just got this 2days before, so I haven't quite adapt to the new mouthpiece.
My old one, compared to this. Each have their pros and cons..

This new one, is for sure, better!

The old mouthpiece (Yamaha Plastic YAS23) - Free
Pros:

-Smaller tip opening (4.5) means lesser air required means longer long tones means easier blowing.
-Sharper, edgier sound.

Cons:

-Big sway down on control, uncontrollable altissimo.

-It looks sucky.

-Nooblike plastic material.
-Rusty ligature.

New mouthpiece (Hard Rubber Jodyjazz Classic Alto) - RM 540
Pros:
-Easy controlling, alot easier!
-Stronger sound, louder sound, brighter.
-Extremely versatile and great controlling for altissimo.
-Focused sound. No jumpings~

-It comes with a spoiler for even brighter and edgy sound! But with the price of control.
-Its shiny!
-Cool new shiny! Ligature :)

Cons:
-Requires more, more, more air as it has a larger tip opening (6)

-When spoiler applied, hard to control

-Expensive...

New Sax Mouthpiece, Coming Soon!

Well I may be kind of a newbie in playing a sax but having good sound coming out from your instrument will sure make you happy. As money is a MAJOR problem in this case, I must cancel the choice of that RM1800 DV gold plated metal mouthpiece that I wanted badly for this:

RM580 Jodyjazz classical mouthpiece

With this classical mouthpiece for my sax, at least I'll get some significant sound improvement and it sure will guide me along my career a long way!

Whats more attracting and benefiting is this all-new spoiler thingy. It works like an additional reed in place INSIDE your mouthpiece. When equipped, you'll have somewhat a fuller and brighter toning from your sax.

Wonder why all of a sudden I had an urge to watch Martin Mystery and Totally Spies, just when I got back from school today! Maybe it's because I just finished my trial exams today and I have nothing more to do but to think of something to do. Giggles?

I remember so much of this. I used to crawl up early in the morning when I was like standard 4 just to see these 2 shows on Astro.

And when there was a new season unleashed, I was like "WHOA YEAH YES! DAMN! MOM, THERES A NEW SEASON OF TOTALLY SPIES AND MARTIN MYSTERY! THIS IS SO COOL!"*Dances and jump in front of the TV* This is epic...

It's the most awesome show back then! Compared to now.. zomg? Ben Ten?!
And by the way, this is seriously NOT cartoon! It's somewhat.. educational ^^ It teaches you things about paranormal occurrences, how to be a spy, how to kill and capture monsters and etc (yeah. right...)

In conclusion, I like these shows alot! And fuck they put them off-air already.

First of all I want to just thank you for stepping into this freshly baked blog. It's deep appreciation from me as I've changed my blog from wordpress to blogspot.

I know I don't have much followers with me but if you do check in once in a full moon I'll be much glad too! Enjoy your reading and may your life be successful!

I guess many of you will be asking this already "Why the change?" Alright first things first, wordpress is too plain and boring. Unlike blogger, wordpress does not have the ability to change your blog layout with html codes, upload pictures within 3seconds, manage your sites at ease. And there are many other reasons that I would rather not disclose..

One word, wordpress is too.. plain? I remember having the first time stepping into wordpress. I was standard 3. I went into wordpress by accident, you know, by those google searches.

I was addicted to games, and finding guides and helps from the internet would greatly benefit me in games. It was then when I ran into wordpress. Troublesomely, and shitly it required me to login into wordpress in order to access that page. Yep, you got it. I created my first wordpress account back in years.
